MADELIA — Madelia topped Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons 9-4 on Saturday in a scheduled five-inning nonconference game.

Logan Anderson got the win on the mound, pitching all five innings and allowing two earned runs and a walk. He struck out nine.

Tyler Schwanke was 2 for 3 for Madelia (3-11) with three RBIs, while Andrew Arduser added a double and two RBIs. Luke Hennis had a double also for Madelia.

Madelia will finish two innings each from two different suspended games on Monday at St. Clair.
