Concordia Lanes hosts tourney
NEW ULM — Concordia Lanes recently hosted its annual Adult Junior Tournament, a tournament where a junior bowler is paired with an adult, and they throw a three-game series with the opportunity to win scholarship money.
The New Ulm Area United States Bowling Congress donated $450 to this scholarship tournament. In the 12 and over division, three spots received a scholarship.
In third place, Jacob Hanson and John Rolloff bowled 1,407 and received a $114 scholarship. In second place, Michael Condon and Connie Wager bowled a 1,421 receiving a $175 scholarship.
First place went to Kaden and Cory Schnurrer with a 1,446 and will receive a $300 scholarship. In the 11-under division, Mason Wilmes and Brad Krueger shot a 1340 and will receive a $131 scholarship.
