‘It’s Miller time’
To the editor:
I’m not a beer drinker. I’m sure I’ve never uttered this proclamation before. But now that I’ve done so in print, I must explain that the “Miller time” to which I’m referring is that it’s time for Stephen Miller to go. Miller is the puppeteer behind the scenes pulling the 2025 strings. He’s sending the president out to do his real estate deals, which the President believes is his particular bailiwick. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the unelected, never-legislatively-approved Miller has dealt himself into an all-too-powerful position to wreak his own special administrative havoc.
While I’ve railed against 47’s incompetence and inattentive mental capacity, Stephen Miller has been taking root in what’s-left-of-the-White House. Like dandelions or other noxious weeds rooted in sidewalk and driveway cracks or a volunteer tree sprouting around a house’s foundation, Miller is indelibly putting his Right wing extremist stamp on what this administration is doing, especially when it comes to ICE.
What better way to see the sickness of the man than to hear his platform in running for his senior class presidency. He said, “Am I the only one who is sick and tired of being told to pick up my trash, when we have plenty of janitors who are paid to do it for us?” He had to be dragged off the stage…It’s time to get him off the stage that he’s procured for himself!
In closing, I’ve got an ICE story. I’ve learned of an ICE abduction of a person, who is an adopted child, who doesn’t look as Scandinavian as his adoptive parents. He was detained by ICE as he was leaving a retail store, long enough to be finger-printed, before he was eventually released. I’m sure that he doesn’t look any less non-white after his abduction than he was in being taken for the first time. How many arrests does he have to look forward to? Two? Three? Four? It might happen the next time he goes shopping. Maybe the fear will lead him to self-deport.
Should we feel sorry for his Trump-loving, adoptive parents?
