Property rights violated
To the editor:
The action of trespassing to steal political signs is a sad commentary on our community. Whether there is a sign in a yard won’t matter in the end, but it speaks volumes about those who feel the need to stoop to something so nasty and juvenile. It weakens the fabric of our community and our nation as our freedom of speech and expression is eroded.
Vote for Trump/Vance in November to preserve the rights we hold dear as they are expressed in our Constitution and the Ten Amendments — the right to speak freely, to worship and follow the tenets of our faith, to raise our own children, to bear arms, to be safe, and the right of individual states to govern themselves. And, yes, the right to have our private property respected.
