To the editor:

On behalf of the Musikverein Herborn-Seelbach we wish to thank the community of New Ulm again for demonstrating genuine hospitality to our guests from Germany. This was the eighth performing trip for the group founded in 1978 by Erwing and Kathie Gabriel. This was the first visit to New Ulm for ten of the performers. Erwin stated it best when he said “I know this warmth of New Ulm but now to a person everyone in our group was wowed this year”

As hosting co-ordinator we would like to mention specially the generous host families Bavarian Blast staff and volunteers, appreciative audience at the Blast as well as the friendly citizens of New Ulm. You all contributed to making Herborn’s five day stay in New Ulm a memorable experiences.
