To the editor:

You wouldn’t think it would ever come to this, but it has. “Abortion” has become a huge topic of discussion in our country. Along with killing a baby right up to the “due date”, we now have the over-the-counter birth control pill approved by the FDA with no age restrictions or doctors’ involvement.

In retrospect, we should be providing education on the anatomy of the human body and it’s function, to teenagers, parents and possibly young grandparents, concerning this ongoing health epidemic called pregnancy.

Intimate sexual activity is not a “recreational pastime or sport”. Pregnancy is not an illness. Rather, it is a most beautiful and precious gift from God, called procreation. We should treat this gift with the utmost respect it fully deserves.

Temptation will always exist in our lives, but we were given a free will by God, so it is up to us to avoid eating the forbidden fruit, like Adam and Eve did in the “Garden of Eden”. We will pay the price when we are seduced by Satan, but with the “Grace of God” we are made stronger and can resist the empty promises of the devil! Make no mistake, when we meet our creator, we will be rewarded with heavenly happiness for our good deeds, or punished for our misdeeds. There is no escaping the power and goodness of God.

We realize that our present form of government is playing the “Devil’s Advocate” in our lives and putting us to the ultimate test every day:

Abortions (killing our babies)

OTC Birth Control Pills

Teaching CRT, LGBTQ in our schools

Gender change Mutilations w/o parental consent

Open borders, drugs, sex trafficking

Inflation, rising taxes

National debt $32.5 trillion, $1.8 billion interest every day

High crime, riots, killings

Defunding police, catch and release

Weakening our military

Deflating our democracy

Unfair student loan forgiveness

Restricting our faith, family and freedom

Weakening foreign relations

Socialistic government control

I don’t think any of us want to live this way, but our present form of government is creeping up on us and striking, just like a snake in the grass! It is overdue time to fight for our “God Given Freedom”.

Please pray with me: Angel of God my guardian dear, to whom God’s love commits me here, ever this day be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide my life. Amen.
