To the editor:

New Ulm has an opportunity to elect another qualified mayor. I encourage you to support my friend, Kathleen Backer, not only because of her incredible qualifications but also for her spunk. If you know Kathleen, you know that her energy is unmatched. If you do not yet know Kathleen, I hope you meet her soon. I think that you will also be energized by her vision and ethics in her pursuit to continue New Ulm’s legacy.

Kathleen Backer, is excited for the opportunity of representing New Ulm. She has experience in philanthropy, business, and social causes. Kathleen is motivated to include all generations in the various New Ulm Committees that are committed to the growth of the city.

Kathleen’s resume is deep and varied. She will Engage, Energize, Motivate, and Activate as a representative for New Ulm.

I believe New Ulm would be greatly served through Kathleen’s leadership. I will be voting for Kathleen Backer for Mayor. I encourage you to do so also.
