Who is to blame?

To the editor:

What happened to the America I grew up in, in the last 9 months? I am 83 years old and have never seen the disasters as I have in the last 9 months. I can’t think of one thing that Joe Biden has done that was good for our country! Everything he has attempted to do has turned into a disaster. If you have read any of my Letters to the Editor, or listened to regular news channels, not the fake news channels, you will know the disasters I am talking about.

Now back to my title, who is to blame for the disasters we have, here is my opinion.

Joe Biden and his administration are to blame for the disasters we have. I have said this before and I will say it again……“there is not one person in the Biden administration that is qualified for the job they have, and that includes Joe Biden himself.” So I blame the Biden administration. Also part of the blame goes to the ill-informed voters who voted for Biden. If you the voters had listened to any of the debates that Biden had with Trump before the election, you should have known what Biden said he was going to do! And everything he said he was going to do, all his policies turned into a disaster! That is my opinion.

Regarding George W. Bush in 2001 where he was standing on the rubble at the Twin Towers where 2, 977 people lost their lives, he was talking with a bullhorn, his arm around a fireman, he said it won’t be long before they will hear from us. In those few words and him standing with the fireman, in my opinion he united the American people.

Now on the 20th anniversary on 9/11/2021 George W. Bush gave a speech at Shanksville, PA at the Flight 93 National Memorial, Mr. Bush seemed to condemn the January 6th, 2021 insurrection at the United States capital when a pro-Trump demonstration overran the complex in a protest, he compared domestic terrorists to the foreign terrorists who ran the planes into the Twin Towers that killed 2,977 people. The Trump supporters who entered the capital, two men died of natural causes and one unarmed woman, Ashley Babbitt, was killed by a capital policeman. In my opinion where he compared the domestic terrorist to the foreign terrorists, he was dividing the country. The rest of his speech was good.

That is my opinion and I am sticking to it. Elderly gentleman from the Midwest who clings to his guns and religion.
