What’s up with New Ulm gas stations?
To the editor:
On March 18 my husband and I came home from Indiana, and all the gas stations were $1.99 per gallon or less, even on the interstate. We pull into New Ulm and gas is $2.07 and by Saturday, $2.02. My brother from Wisconsin called me March 25 and said gas was $1.37, a couple cents higher in area towns. If area towns around New Ulm can go lower, what’s stopping New Ulm? Isn’t this called gouging?
