Williams column worth noting
To the editor:
I feel the article about the State of Virginia by Walter E. Williams on Page 4A of The Journal on Dec. 24 should have had a note on page 1 in big bold letters.
If over 90% of the counties are trying to stop a law that sounds like it has not been signed it is time to look at what is trying to being pushed down the average citizen’s way of life.
Not all of Mr. Williams’ articles need to be on the front page but that needs a lot of attention. I have also seen article telling that more people die in automobile accidents than with guns and many dollars are being spent to make autos more safe. Another article mentioned that more people are killed with sharp items like knives than with guns, but do we hear all those stories?
