As a member of the New Ulm Area Veterans Color Guard, I would like to thank everyone involved in the 2019 Bavarian Blast Parade. I had the pleasure of marching with the Color Guard just in front of the 204th Army Band from Fort Snelling. They provided excellent band music! It was easy for us to keep in step and looking great!

It was also a great pleasure to see the outstanding support of the general public attending the parade! I get goose bumps when I think of the many people, with their hands over their hearts as we marched by and then applauding after we passed! Thank you for showing your pride and support of our country and our military.

Again, a very special thank you to the parade organizers, 204th Army Band, and my fellow Color Guard members! I’m proud to be a part of this fine group of veterans!
