I have been professionally associated with Michelle Zehnder Fischer for nearly 20 years. She has distinguished herself while first serving as Assistant Nicollet County Attorney and now as the Nicollet County Attorney.

She is held with the highest regard because of her candor, scrupulousness and above all else people trust her judgment.

I am grateful to report that Nicollet County residents hold Michelle in the highest regard. This is important because it shows that her experience, knowledge and moral courage far exceed that of her opponent — an opponent who is supported by outside forces such as those from Minneapolis and Owatonna.

Michelle exemplifies a work ethic which is unsurpassed by her peers. Michelle has a proven lengthy track record in carrying out the most important duties of Nicollet County Attorney: public safety, the protection of children and advocacy for crime victims. She exemplifies the highest of ethical standards. The record of her opponent is simple–no prosecutorial experience and the protection of criminals. Please do not allow Nicollet County to become a safe haven for criminals. I believe a critical review of the intellect, skills, trial lawyer knowledge and ability of Ms. Zehnder Fischer will show no deficiency. Overall, anyone who knows Michelle trusts her.

Trust is to have a charge or duty imposed in faith or confidence or as a condition of some relationship. Michelle takes the duty imposed upon her extremely serious. She has a strong and well regarded relationship within the criminal justice community of Nicollet County. Only someone having Michelle’s maturity, emotional strength and personal work ethic will continue to strengthen partnerships and trust in our community.

Michelle’s skill and talent also sets her apart from her opponent. She possesses an innate ability to form an opinion or evaluation only after critically discerning and comparing all available information and facts.

Please vote for Michele Zehnder Fischer because she has a clear sense of moral duty and obligation. She has and will continue to exemplify the highest professional standards of conduct as our Nicollet County Attorney.
