To the editor:

As a former Auditor-Treasurer of Freeborn County, and now as a Certified Drainage Viewer of Minnesota, I have known Jean Prochniak for 38 years.

Jean is committed to the people of Brown County and has proven herself as a dedicated representative of the people she serves. She has always shown an attitude of cooperation and a desire to learn. She has shown characteristics of honesty, integrity and fairness. She is open minded and shows a strong desire to grow and improve.

Jean has been active in Minnesota Auditor-Treasurer Committees. She served on the Tax Advisory Committee, Minnesota Counties Computer Cooperative (MCCC), Drainage Committee and Election Committees.

I am happy to recommend Jean because she has done a good job in the past and has succeeded with the activities in which she has participated. Most importantly, I am willing to recommend Jean because she is not satisfied with the present, but wants to improve herself in each activity she participates in and for Brown County.
