To the editor:

As a Nicollet County Commissioner; I am often approached by our citizens in regard to on farm or other rural businesses. Most would like more opportunities for such businesses. Some would like to see such operations concentrated in cities. Some would like to see more housing and businesses adjacent to lakes, streams, and bluff areas. Some want to see these areas preserved. In short, some want to exercise more county control and some want more property rights.
