Failures surround the Parkland shooting
To the editor:
Available on the Internet is a discussion sponsored by Judicial Watch of the various failures surrounding the Parkland school shooting, including the federal PROMISE Program by which it was made to appear that violence in the Broward County school system was dramatically decreasing when in reality many arrests that should have been made, including arrest of Cruz, were no longer made.
