2014 is a couple of days away. We know that the traditional celebrations of New?Year’s Eve involves a lot of partying, and a lot of hangovers on New Year’s Day.

We hope people will have fun on New Year’s Eve, but that they will celebrate responsibly. If you are planning on drinking, you should also be planning on not driving.

Know how you are going to get home Tuesday night. Have a designated driver who isn’t drinking. Plan on calling a taxi. Party at home or close enough to home so that you don’t have to drive.

We’re know law enforcement will be keeping extra patrols on the road for New Year’s Eve. Anyone irresponsible enough to drink and drive on New Year’s Eve deserves to ring in the New Year with a DUI arrest.
