Francis “Frank” Steinbach, age 76, of Fairfax passed away Monday, July 3, 2023, at the New Ulm Medical Center in New Ulm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, July 7, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax with interment in the church cemetery.
