SPRINGFIELD—Dorothy Johnson, age 94, of Springfield, MN died on July 29, 2024, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield, MN. Visitation will be on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Springfield Area Community Center. A Memorial service will be held at Springfield Area Community Center on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The clergy will be Chaplain Noel Wetter. Interment will be at a later date. NEW ULM—Catherine "Cathie" Eckstein, 66, of New Ulm died Friday, July 26, 2024 at her home.  Funeral service will be 11 AM Monday, August 5, 2024 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home SOUTH Chapel in New Ulm. Burial will follow in the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery.
