FAIRFAX–Beverly “Bev” Irene Blumhoefer, 82, of Fairfax, Minnesota, died suddenly surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, March 7, 2026, 2:00 P.M. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax with interment in the church cemetery.
