ST. JAMES–Terry Edward Carter, 71, of St. James, Minnesota, died on January 29, 2026. Terry is survived by his loving wife, Vickie; his children, Jeremy Carter, Jessica Kolb, and Joshua Carter; and 7 grandchildren.
