Ursula is survived by her son, Jesse Lahr of Nicollet; her daughter, Jackie (Kyle Perrino) Lahr of Nicollet; her grandchildren, Robbie, and Mason Perrino; and her brother, Jorg (Connie) Wos of Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers, Bernard, Harry, and Ralph Wos.

Ursula Christel Wos was born July 27, 1964, in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, to Albert and Christel (Forster) Wos. She grew up in Germany, where she completed her secondary schooling, and at the age of 19, moved to the United States.

Ursula met Alan Lahr while he was stationed in Germany, and the couple was married on September 9, 1982, in Sprendlingen, Germany. They were blessed with their son, Jesse, while still living in Germany, and later welcomed their daughter, Jackie, after moving to the United States in 1984.

In addition to raising her children, Ursula worked for many years at Hy-Vee, where she enjoyed socializing and formed many lasting friendships. Most recently, she worked as a Home Health Aide with EON in New Ulm, a role she was passionate about and truly loved.

Outside of work, Ursula enjoyed traveling across the state to visit friends, but what brought her the greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her strong will, her honesty, and the way she embraced both her German roots and her life in Minnesota. Ursula had a gift for forming friendships and making people feel welcome wherever she went.

Above all, her family was the center of her world, and she poured her love and energy into every moment she shared with them. Her faith in Christ gave her strength, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Blessed be her memory.
