Arnold John Reinhart was born June 9, 1951 to Albert and Valeria (Lamecker) Reinhart in New Ulm. He attended grade school and was then homeschooled while helping on the family farm by milking cows and driving tractor. Later, he began working at MRCI where he spent most of his career. Outside of work, Arnold enjoyed listening to old time music, polka, and Johnny Cash. He also enjoyed going to thrift stores, performing in plays, writing poetry, and collecting records. Arnold kept active in the community by participating with the People’s First Organization, Special Olympics, Relay for Life, and Parkinson’s Support. Many fond memories were made making popcorn on Tuesdays, speaking German with his family, and spending time with his beloved cows. Above all else, Arnold’s faith and his family were central to his life. He will be dearly missed. Blessed be his memory.
Arnold’s family thanks the Sleepy Eye Care Center, Harry Meyering Center, and Leading Choice Home Helpers for all their care and support.
