Connie’s life and love was her family and friends. She so enjoyed her adventures with her grandchildren, nieces, great nieces and nephew. She was so devoted to all of us. Visiting her daughters often, going to hockey games, dance recitals, t-ball games, hosting Thanksgiving every year. She filled so many roles in our lives with her laughter, love and energy. Later in life Connie devoted herself to service working for 11 years for Services for Seniors before moving into the private sector working with vets and other seniors.

Connie loved to walk around her treasured hometown getting her steps in, enjoying visits with neighbors and friends she ran into along the way, stops at the Backerei for an apple fritter and coffee or DQ for a hot fudge sundae (extra fudge!) or even dropping off bills, concerts in the park, parades, all were reasons to throw on her shoes and GO! She also enjoyed working in the yard, planting flowers and vegetables and battling the birds that just had to nest above her garage. So now we can find her in our own footsteps, in dancing flowers and in a melody that lifts your heart and makes you tap your foot.

She will be so profoundly missed.
