Betty A. Baumberger

Betty A. Baumberger,age 77,of Hutchinson,formerly of New Ulm,died Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson from heart failure.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-South Chapel in New Ulm, with Pastor Timothy Anderson officiating.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Minnesota Valleyy Funeral Home-South Chapel in New Ulm.

Betty Ann was born in St Paul MN to Delores Arne. She married Fred A Baumberger and had 2 children. Later they divorced and moved to New Ulm. Betty graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in Social Work. She worked at Sibley County Human Services for 20 years.
When Betty met Rick Isenberg, Betty bought “The Ranch” outside of Lafayette. They were married there among her gardens.
Betty is survived by son Gary of Hutchinson, Grandchildren Zach, Alex (Raina) and Beth Richter. Sisters Nancy (Brad) Becker & Kathy Baumberger of New Ulm, many nieces and a nephew and close friends.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Rick Isenberg, daughter Terry Richter of New Ulm, brothers Fred J. Raymond, James of Mankato, sister Sherry of Brownsville OR, Mother Delores and Grandparents Norris & Theresa Arne.
Betty was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and cooking and had strong political beliefs. She was loved and will be missed by many.
