Joseph Michael Andreszcuk, 84, of Eden Prairie, formerly of New Ulm. Beloved friend and mentor to all. Preceded in death by parents, John and Annie Andreszcuk; children, Joseph Jr. and Marsha; brother, Paul. Survived by best friends Paul Brown, Richard Gamer, and Tim Hoppe; service dog, Hercules; sister, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, a 40 year employee of Kraft Foods in New Ulm and a St. Paul Saint fan.
