Katie Ann Rehbein
SLEEPY EYE–Katie Ann Rehbein, age 29, of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, passed away surrounded by loved ones on May 20, 2025, leaving a void her family cannot fill. Katie was a devoted mother to Bransten, Rosalie, Evangeline and Gabriel, and a cherished fiancé to Andrew Weber. She was born on May 30, 1995, and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a deep commitment to her family.
Katie had a vibrant personality and an appreciation for beauty. She was known for her strong spirit and being able to turn other’s junk into treasures.
Katie is survived by her children, Bransten, Rosalie, Evangeline and Gabriel, her fiancé, Andrew Weber, her mother, Mindi Rehbein, her siblings, Jessica Rehbein (Marshall), Charles Rehbein (Monica), Amber Rehbein (James), Megan Rehbein, best friend, Paige Burkel, and many other loving family members and friends.
Katie was preceded in death by her father, Allen Rehbein, her niece, River Rehbein-Knoll, paternal grandmother, Syliva Rehbein, paternal grandfather, Robert Rehbein, maternal grandmother, Barbara Ferry, and her maternal grandfather, Bruce Ferry.
Funeral services will take place at New Beginnings Church in New Ulm, MN, on June 27, 2025. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a short service at 4:30 p.m. A light meal will be served afterward. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help with the funeral and support for the children.
