FRANKLIN–Harvey C. Dahms, 92, of Franklin died Thursday, May 15, 2025, at CentraCare-Redwood Hospital in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. Memorial Service will be Friday, May 23, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax with the interment in the church cemetery. Gathering of Family and Friends will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Arrangements are with the Hauser-Hantge Chapel in Fairfax.
