REDWOOD FALLS–Janice “Jan” E. Jacobsen, age 86 of Redwood Falls, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at Garnette Gardens in Redwood Falls. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Christ’s Victory Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 AT THE CHURCH and will continue one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment will be at the Redwood Falls Cemetery. Jan is survived by her children: Rick (Kim) Petersen, Mike (Mary) Petersen both of Redwood Falls, Chad (Heather) Petersen of River Falls, WI, & Bill (Kimberlee) Petersen of Hutchinson; grandchildren: Miranda (Josh) Schunk, Megan (Kylie) Gibson, Mitchell (Beth) Petersen, Alex (Tina) Petersen, Nicholas Petersen, Jacob Petersen, Jenna (Carter) Rock, Justin (Payton) Petersen, Chantal (Kevin) Oechsle, Miriah (Cody) Andres & Misty Petersen; 31 great-grandchildren; brother Richard (Sharon) Dohrmann of Hugo; and many other relatives and friends.
