COMFREY–Evelyn F. Eischen, 93, of Comfrey, MN died on February 28, 2024, at Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Visitation will be on Monday, March 4, 2024, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Comfrey. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Comfrey, on Monday, March 4, 2024, at 2:30 pm. The clergy will be Fr. Mark Steffl. Interment will be at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery in Comfrey, MN. Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield, MN. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. Evelyn is survived by sons – Glen, Mike, and Dave; 3 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Wilbert/Billy; her parents, Mary and Bartl; sister Mary Rose Eischen and brother Jerome Windschitl.
