SPRINGFIELD–James ‘Jim’ Lindeman age 86, of Springfield, MN died on February 11, 2024, at the Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Visitation will be on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel and will continue on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Springfield, MN. Service will be held at the St. John Lutheran Church, on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. The clergy will be Chaplain Noel Wetter. Interment will be at the Northstar EUB Cemetery in Springfield, MN. Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Carlotta; children, Joy (Todd) Wells, Cary (Cynthia) Lindeman and Peter (Chrystal) Lindeman; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul James Lindeman; and parents, Ervin and Ida Velma Lindeman.
