NEW ULM–Roslyn A. Kuck, age 84, of New Ulm passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024 of Woodstone Senior Living in New Ulm.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home – South Chapel in New Ulm. Burial will follow in the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery in New Ulm.

Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home – South Chapel in New Ulm.

The Christian Mother’s Society will pray the rosary at 4pm on Friday, January 19, 2024 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.

Roslyn is survived by her husband, John Kuck; daughters, Kathy (Ricky) Rathmann, Deb (Dave) Christian; son, Mike Kuck; son-in-law, Mike Buechner; fifteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Kachelmeier, Helen (Gary) Wallner; brother, Clarence (Joyce) Sprenger; and many extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Christine Buechner; son-in-law, Jeff Kitzberger; brothers, Donald (Marie), Wilbert (Marian), Anton (RoseAnne), Stan (Delores) Sprenger; parents-in-law, John (Sophie) Kuck; and brother-in-law, Tony Kachelmeier.

Roslyn A. Sprenger was born August 30, 1939, to Anton and Helen (Grau) Sprenger in New Ulm. She graduated from Holy Trinity High School. On April 4, 1959, Roslyn was united in marriage to John Kuck at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm. Their union was blessed with four children, who were raised on the family farm. Roslyn worked on the farm all her life. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, and volunteering at many functions. She always had the kindest heart for her children and grandchildren. She was very passionate about spending time with them. She will be greatly missed, and we all feel so lucky to have had her in our lives.
