NEW ULM–James “Jim” A. Hogen, 82 of New Ulm died peacefully on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at the St. John Circle of Care in Springfield. Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 15, 2024, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm.  Father Gerald Meidl will celebrate the Mass. A private family ennichement will follow in the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery Columbarium. Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2024, at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home – North Chapel in New Ulm. Visitation will continue from 10-11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm. A full obituary will be featured in The Journal.
