Paul Adolph Glaesemann was born September 8, 1966, in Minneapolis to Eugene and Margaret (Nolte) Glaesemann. Growing up in the metro, Paul was a 1984 graduate from St. Croix Lutheran High School in West St. Paul. Later in life, Paul furthered his education by attaining a degree in HVAC from South Central Technical College in Mankato. Early in his working career, Paul worked with his father at Albert Lea Electro Plating. In 1988, Paul moved to New Ulm to be closer to his grandmother, and worked at such local businesses as Coleman, Sandborn, and Kato Light. He was most recently working at Blue Star Power Systems in North Mankato. To socialize with local friends and neighbors, Paul also worked as a bar tender at the Kaiserhoff in New Ulm for the past 25 years. Besides his work, Paul had a variety of passions he enjoyed in life. One of Paul’s greatest passions had always been music. He loved and appreciated music from just about every genre, and shared this love as a contributor on KMSU radio in Mankato. He also enjoyed studying and learning about history, especially military and war history. Although Paul typically had a quiet demeanor, he led his life with a caring heart. He always enjoyed connecting and reconnecting with family and friends. He had many loves in life. He loved his family and friends, he loved good music, and good beer, but his greatest love in life was his Lord. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of having Paul in their lives, but countless memories of the good times will forever stay in the hearts of those who knew him best. Blessed be those memories.
