Lois “Jeannie” Jean Reinarts was born December 10, 1931 to Harry and Lillian (Mueller) Reinarts in New Ulm. She graduated from Holy Trinity High School in New Ulm. Jeannie was united in marriage to LaVern Wesselman on May 17, 1958 in New Ulm and their union was blessed with two children. In addition to being a mother, Jeannie also worked as a bookkeeper for McCleary Auto Parts. She then was hired at K-Mart in New Ulm as their first employee when they first came to town. In her free time, Jeannie loved crocheting, puzzles, cards, and watching the Twins and Vikings. Many fond memories were made at the bowling league in her younger years, going out West with LaVern after retirement, and giving away her famous crocheted doilies and afghans. Blessed be her memory.
