Paul was born on Oct. 2,1964, to Gregg and Jean Stimpert of New Ulm. He was baptized and confirmed at St Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm. He attended New Ulm Public Schools and graduated in 1983. He served his country through the Army and Army Reserve. Paul was deployed to serve in the Gulf War. He worked in a variety of maintenance positions between Minnesota, Texas and Oklahoma, eventually relocating to Moore. Paul married Rose Neudecker on June 11, 1988, and they were blessed with a daughter, Jerica.

Paul will be greatly missed by his wife, Rose of Moore; daughter, Jerica of Moore; mother, Jean Stimpert of Hutchinson, Minnesota; mother-in-law; Doris Neudecker of Redwood Falls, Minnesota; brother, Doug (Tamara) Stimpert of Kassen, Minnesota; brother, Pat (Linda) Stimpert of Pennsylvania; sister, Ann Matter of Hutchinson; many brothers- and sisters-in-law; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; father, Gregg Stimpert; father-in-law, Richard Neudecker; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and niece, Melissa Wallert.

There will be no services or funeral per Paul’s request, but there will be a celebration of life with date to be determined.
