Visitation will be on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Sturm Funeral Home (sturmfh.com) in Springfield, Minnesota. A private family service will be held following visitation.

Interment will be at Springfield City Cemetery.

Emily Brown was born to Ferdinand and Katherine (Meins) Pabst on June 1, 1918, in Jackson County. Emily married George Brown on June 6, 1938.

She is survived by her children, Wallace Brown, Rosemary Bassett, and Robert Brown; and sister, Alma “Peggy” Bredvold.
