Visitation will be on Monday, May 2, from 4-7 p.m. at the Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel, and will continue on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield.

A service will be held at the St. Paul Lutheran Church on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Springfield.

He was born Nov.13, 1928, to Henry and Gertrude (Dehne) Gramentz in Burnstown Township, Brown County, Minnesota. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

He is survived by his five sons — Alan (Judy) of New Ulm, Brian (Lori) of New Ulm, Kevin (Lisa) of Springfield, Tim (Julie) of Springfield, and Troy of Springfield; and sisters, Geraldine Brown of Lamberton and Audrey Moody of Sanborn.
