Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home SOUTH Chapel in New Ulm with Pastor Kelly Heide officiating. Burial will follow in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Hanska.

Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Thursday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home SOUTH Chapel in New Ulm.

John is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Tait) Anderson of Madelia, Nicole Frederickson of New Ulm, Jamie Hartz of Luverne; sons, Robert Frederickson of Lake Crystal, Andy Frederickson of New Ulm; 13 grandchildren; and his sister, Janice (Duane) Leick of Prior Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

John Kenneth Frederickson was born July 17, 1952 in New Ulm to Kenneth and June (Midtbruget) Frederickson. He attended New Ulm Schools. John farmed his entire life in Lake Hanska Township, Brown County. His hobbies included fishing, bowling and his true love was farming.
