Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, at the Apostolic Christian Church in Winthrop with interment in the Winthrop Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at the Dalin-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Winthrop. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.

Patrick “Pat” Gale Mattes was born on Oct. 21, 1941, in New Ulm, to George and Helen (Simmet) Mattes.

Pat is survived by his wife, Barbara Mattes of Hutchinson; children, Chad Mattes of Mankato, Tonja Wolf of Amery, WI, and Heidi Hernandez of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren; brothers, Mike Mattes of Gibbon, and Mark Mattes of Gibbon.
