Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. on Saturday, May 8, at the Sturm Funeral Home, Pilgrim Chapel in Madelia.

A graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Madelia, on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Military rites provided by the Madelia Area Veterans Honor Guard. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, including the use of masks and social distancing.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home, Pilgrim Chapel in Madelia.

Alfred Charles Klinkner was born in Bluffton, on February 13, 1929, to Frank and Margaret (Voyderbruggen) Klinkner.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Roberts) Klinkner of New Ulm; sons Charles of Maple Grove and Jason of Oak Island, NC; a grandson; brothers Melvin and Luverne, and sister Luella.
