GAYLORD — Meredith Tessmer, 48, of Gaylord died on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord.
Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord.
Gathering of family and friends will be 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at church.
Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
Arrangements are with the Egesdal Funeral Home in Gaylord.
