Thomas “Rabbit” Armund Scheibel
NEW ULM — Thomas “Rabbit” Armund Scheibel, 78, of New Ulm died on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye.
Service is at 1 pm on Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home- North Chapel in New Ulm. Burial will follow in the St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in rural Searles.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-1p.m. on Saturday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home-North Chapel in New Ulm.
Social distancing guidelines must be practiced, and all guests in attendance at the visitation and funeral will be required to wear a mask.
Tom is survived by his wife, Doris Scheibel of New Ulm; his daughter, Tammy Steuber of Fairmont; his son, Blair Scheibel of Farmington; his step-daughters, Katina Rademaker of New Ulm, Amy Ubl of New Ulm, Lisa Schiller of Dassel, Amber Rademaker of St. George; his step-son, Chad Rademaker of North Mankato; his 4 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; his sisters, Barbara Hinrichs of Randolph, Mary Ellen Schmid of Prior Lake; and his brother, Gerald Scheibel of New Ulm.
Thomas Armund Scheibel was born July 7, 1942, in New Ulm to Armund and Viola (Hillesheim) Scheibel.
