A public visitation will be on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, from 8:30 to 11 am at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield.

A private service will be held at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield on Wednesday. Interment will be at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.

Dermont Wells was born on Sept. 19, 1937, to Raymond and Selma (Bensen) Wells in Lamberton.

He is survived by his wife Bonnie; children: Shari Koll, Calvin Wells, Jeffery Wells, and Rachelle Halvorson; 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, and a sister, Jan DeBlieck.
