Mary Lou (Colton) Day, age 90 of New Ulm, died on April 7, 2020.

Mary Lou (Colton) Day was born on July 23, 1929 in Winnebago to George and Mabel (Sage) Colton. She was married to Richard Day, November 23, 1952 at the Congregational Church in Fairmont. Mary Lou is survived by her five children: William Day (Corinne) of New Ulm, Christine Binder (Allan) of St George, Pamela Wester (Robert – Deceased) of New Ulm, Bryan Day (Panatda) of Bakersfield, CA and Dr./Rev. Rebecca Day-Swain (Elijah); her grandchildren, David, Bryan Jr., Alex, Ben, Teresa, Sara, Brittany (Bubba), and Colton; great-grandchildren, Nadia, Dominic, Dale, Haley, Dustin, Noah and Jessa; two sister in-laws, Marge Colton and Donna Schaefer and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband: Richard; her parents: Mabel and George Colton; siblings: Flora, Hazel (Larson), Stanley, Lina (Fritz Frisbie), Daniel and William; sisters-in-law: Alice Colton, Gladys Colton and Dolores Theobald: brothers-in-law: Edwin Larson, Harold Fritz, William Schaefer and Lucian Theobald; and son-in-law; Robert Wester.
