A private family Latin mass will be held on Thursday, March 26, at the St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Morgan with burial to follow in St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Morgan.

Arrangements are with Nelson-Hillestad Funeral and Cremation Service of Morgan.

Ed was born to Leo and Prima (Siemer) Ricke on October 31, 1927, in Morgan Township, Morgan.

Ed served in the U.S. Army during from 1951 to 1953.

He is survived by wife Bernice; daughters, LeAnn Earle of Cocoa, Florida, and Linda Dietz of Glencoe; three grandchildren; and sisters, Sr. Delrose Ricke of Mishawaka, Indiana, and Esther Gall of Salina, Kansas.
