REDWOOD FALLS — Philip “Scottie” Scott, 76, of Redwood Falls, died on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Private family services will be held at Nelson-Hillestad Funeral Home with burial at a later date.
