Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 3, 4-7 p.m., at the Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel and on Wednesday from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Springfield.

Service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Springfield on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at the Springfield City Cemetery.

Robert Oren Brand was born on November 29, 1932, to Conrad and Ida (Jurgens) Brand in St. James.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Shirley of Springfield; children Arden Brand of Springfield, Arlis Feser of Hutchinson, Deanna Ryan of Springfield, Lonnie Brand of Hutchinson, and Cory Brand of Springfield; 15 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 5 step great grandchildren.
