Memorial Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1 at First Lutheran Church in Lafayette with interment at a later date.

Gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Sunday.

Arrangements are with the Dalin-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Winthrop.
