NEW ULM — Lucille Macho, 92, of New Ulm died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019 at the Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 6, at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm with burial in the New Ulm City Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10:30 a.m. Friday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home NORTH CHAPEL in New Ulm.

The Christian Mother’s society will pray the rosary at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Cathedral.

Lucille is survived by her daughters, LuAnn Macho (Evan Zins) of St. James. Lori (Tim) Kohn of Courtland, Amy (Dave) Waibel of New Ulm; sons, Tom (Marilyn) Macho of New Ulm, Tim (Cate) Macho of New Ulm, Paul (Bev) Macho of New Ulm, Peter Macho of New Ulm; 21 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Patty (Leo) Traurig of New Ulm, Renata (Al) Shimota of Bloomington; and a sister-in-law, Lorraine Reinhart of Medina.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles; and a brother Armin Reinhart.

Lucille Ann Reinhart was born November 16, 1926 in New Ulm to Andrew and Barbara (Singer) Reinhart; She was a 1944 graduate of Holy Trinity High School. Lucille was united in marriage to Charles Macho with whom they raised seven children. She was employed with the New Ulm City Clerk’s Office for more than 30 years until her retirement in 1989.

Lucille was a member of the Cathedral Parish, Christian Mother’s Society and Catholic United.
