A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the New Ulm Catholic Cemetery. All family and friends are welcome to attend.

Lillian is survived by her son, Gary (Karen) Locher of Willmar and her daughter, LaNay (Stephen Somsen) Locher of Seal Beach, California; her youngest sibling, Jerry (Pat) Martinka of Little Rock, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Locher; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Ray in 1981; and a son, Warren.

Lillian M. Martinka was born on April 19, 1917 in Saint George to Harry & Adelaide Martinka. She married Ray Locher in and resided for the majority of her life in New Ulm, raising a family of Warren, Gary and LaNay. While living in New Ulm, Lillian was active in organizations such as The United Way, The American Heart Association and the Girl Scouts of America.
